Eskimo rolling (or kayak rolling) is the self-rescue technique to right the kayak without getting out of it, the safest way to recover by yourself in the event of capsizing. By achieving this you will get complete control of your kayak. By Eskimo rolling you will avoid jumping out of the kayak, emptying it and getting in again.
Our courses of Eskimo rolling are based on a teaching methodology that will allow you to acquire the appropriate knowledge in a short time. We have all the necessary resources (pool, paddle floats, etc.) to enable you to master the technique.
Practising the roll frequently involves sitting in a capsized kayak, so to practise this manoeuvre you must be accompanied.
