Sup Yoga

Get in shape physically and mentally. If you have already mastered the technique of SUP and want to enjoy a unique and fun experience while you learn to relax in a different environment, SUP Yoga is for you.

The Bay of San Sebastian is the ideal environment to practise any water sport, but if you also want to exercise your mind, our waters and our landscape offer a unique and ideal setting.

As the name suggests, SUP Yoga consists of combining the two disciplines in question. Joining two beneficial activities such as yoga and Pilates with SUP will help you to strengthen your physique and also to achieve balance in your mind. We will teach you to relax and stretch your limbs in a different setting. 

The activity consists of two parts, one on the sand and another on the SUP board on the water.

Enjoy the pleasure of crossing the bay of La Concha while you exercise your body and your mind!
